Clickbaity and quite presumptious of an ep title this week. Expecting us to remember all of 2020 when it all just felt like a cloud/bubble of time. Emphasis on cloud for some. Nevertheless, to even attempt such an ep, it would only be fitting to sit with Day 1 TWG Sous chef Shaz to chat about some momentous events that transpired throughout the year.

Finally reflecting on finishing my last semester of university subjects; does that mean I've graduated? I don't have a hat handy man. Bet some of these HD kids had them since induction week. Just studying and only acquiring LinkedIn-friendly skills to their belt. Bet that wasn't as fun as my sleepless nights due to lack of schedule or order in my life...Today's reflections came first and even though I ended the ep like that, their was one specific thing that caught us both for the majority of the second half.

This ep was a special one, as all reunions are. Imagine still vibing with your high school best mates you haven't seen in years. Girls could never. It was good to finally release some of my pent up emotion regarding my Taree experience to someone who could resonate. I'm not sure if "man why is this place such a hole" can be considered an emotion but that was the primary one. Alas, there's not much time to reminisce in this modern society, so we begin discussing how we've found our Sydney experiences; from the banquet of cultures to colonis...learn from; down to the different ways the various demographics culturally interact within themselves. One thing I end up learning though, I'm just as racist as the worst of us.

Whether it be convincing your parents that taking off time before post graduate studies to pursue random hobbies further is worth it, to convincing your parents that a whole garage spot should be made redundant with a big ass pole in the middle of it, there are baby steps around your passion open to scrutiny from whomever is deemed, unfit.

And despite me losing potential to access emotion as easily, this woman is also responsible for a good part of the character I am today (Off mic tho, she ain't touching TWG bill).

Yeeeeeooooow. That's the sound of my lightning quick uploads zooming by haha. Surely can understand why this one's late off the press. It took a while to compose myself before coming to terms with exposing this chapter of my life. A relationship of many lows, and several ounces worth of highs. Considering how badly we cut things off, it would only be right to rekindle and reflect in one of the safest environments I have to offer: under the TWG Kosh. Despite wanting to harbour the same grudge for content's sake and because I'm still an angry guy, you realise emotions just be different back when you're growing through raging hormones. Whatever mess gets created, you eventually gotta clean it up. And there's nothing more satisfying than being able to confront past problemo's, with a clean table to discuss at. Consistent uploads where you at? Don't fret for too long fellow corruptee's, the horizon for my uni journey is in sight. After that, I will have no excuse for my work rate and then I will be found out, thus making me a Solemn Boy. That'd be a change to my norm; always deflecting my emotions for a laugh to move on. But is that considered deflecting or just a viable coping mechanism? Because being solemn is sad man. Warm welcome to Simon, debut on TWG, and man comes in with a serious reputation built up for himself. How you gonna smoke rainbow vapes before they were cool? Ahead of the game and seemingly getting commission per 20 sales, Simon gives me inspiration to try and think up the next quick fad that'll grab our addictions by the throat and squeeze us, $10-15 at a time.

Back with my favourite dynamic and that means we have another guest. Long time friend and his first time on the pod (potentially), it is Raveen. who is a twin. And after having the first twin on and somehow not asking any questions about a potential identity crisis that could arise, you know I had to come with the insightful questions for his other half. But my main concern for the day was to understand a little more about my fellow male species. Can only understand the aesthetics of a car at best, so I ask the question that I think is quite prevalent in most non-car people mind's; "why you think yo hatch is hot?"

TWG back after an unexpected/ low-key expected hiatus very truly sorry. Not too long of this uni bs left to deal with so TWG will soon prosper and flourish. And be Great Again. Coming off a bit of a romper stomper and straight into an episode next day. So please forgive rocked guy Bill, and listen to the full episode to hear his serotonin slowly return to baseline. In all seriousness though, TWG welcomed Veds on knowing that the ep would deliver itself regardless. Firstly, because man came through wearing a sexy knit, but also due to the juicies brought up prior to recording. What is FOMO outside of festival and party life? Is there a certain time window you should be trying certain things in and if you don't, you can't? Veds' answer is to become a PolyGod, which might seem farfetched but he's already off the mark with Spanish clearly under the belt. One universal language that we can both discuss is Music. TWG has their resident lawyer in the house. After filming my deposition for the crime of being this deadly good, I decided that my lawyer was worthy of an episode on the pod.
