Pete along with Justin tries to explain the idea behind the request that on 72 minutes we shine mobile phone torches at the directors box - to remind those that have had 24 manager appointments in 13 years, went through 3 technical directors last season, 4 assistant coaches this season (and its still only January!) that as supporters we are looking at them and not just the man on the bench. Some ask for clarification and that is absolutely fine - most of our ideas are rubbish and often involve pride swallowing indignity - so we try to cover that and look forward to supporting To and the team through out all the game.
