After a couple weeks off due to bronchitis, wild schedules, and family commitments, Jordan and Ryan finally got back together to record this episode. There's over 2 weeks of fishing, outdoor activities, and natural observations to discuss. Enjoy!
After 6 days of fishing and taking a couple losses on some salmon missions, Ryan has a lot to talk about. Plus, conditions changed markedly since their last podcast, so the guys talk about that as well. As per usual, they provide the angling forecast for this upcoming week followed by some banter about fall conditions thus far.
Jordan and Ryan catch up after taking a week off. They discuss the drastic change in conditions of late and how that might affect their approach to the fishery (i.e. tactics, locations, etc.). The forecast for this upcoming week looks dicey and erratic so they review options for places to fish when the weather is hostile.
Jordan and Ryan discuss local conditions and provide the angling forecast for next week. They get deep about Ryan's recent trip to Kansas.
Ryan fished all 7 days this past week, so he provides an in-depth report about where he fished and what he saw. Jordan and Ryan also discuss what they've been noticing on land and in the air. The guys get deep about the mistakes they've made on the water - a few anecdotes and the general theme that led to those mishaps.
It's a quick and to the point episode this week, folks. Jordan and Ryan cover what they saw from the water this past week as well as some observations about the other critters in the region and how things are changing...rapidly.
Jordan and Ryan managed to spend a lot of time on the water this past week - both together and individually - so they have much to discuss. Plus, both of the guys ended up going on last minute camping trips, so they discuss those as well. Topics include observations from this past week, an angling forecast for this upcoming week, what they've noticed off the water, predictions about the fall, the fall pattern in general (by species breakdown), and more. We hope you enjoy it.
We are back with a TON to talk about! It’s been about a month since we recorded our last podcast so there is much to discuss. Topics covered include: trip reports from our latest travels, observations from the water around the Buffalo Niagara Region as well as an angling forecast for the upcoming week, and more. It feels good to be back at it! We hope you enjoy this one.
This week's podcast is standard fare for the guys - Ryan spent most of his time walleye fishing this past week so he talks about his observations from those sessions. Sporadic, violent weather has been a thing lately, so they spend a little more time than usual discussing the upcoming week's forecast. The guys get deep about travel - making it a priority, how to budget for it, the annual pattern of life and the day-to-day activities that ensure we can keep exploring.
