Tony and Nick take the short drive down to Vinyl Brewing for Vinyl’s Sour Week. Vinyl is located in the South Jersey Beer Mecca of Hammonton. They talk to Jim and Matt who tell us where the inspiration comes from for their creatively named beers, the genesis of Sour Week, and the feeling of winning 1st place in the AC Beer Fest for best sour beer.

Tony and Nick take the drive up to Roselle Park, New Jersey to speak with Dave, the owner and brewer of Climax Brewing Company. They spoke to him about his beers and most importantly his no nonsense philosophy on brewing beer, from his upbringing with a German born father, and commentary on today’s craft beer climate. Dave is certainly an original in the craft beer world, and his beers are the proof.
