We are diving in to four tasty Malbecs this episode!  This full bodied red wine is known for it's even more full bodied flavor!  Hints of cherry, plum, raspberry can be found, while finishing with darker tones such as cocoa, tobacco (what!) And some even say leather! 

This wine pairs well with the funky, earthy flavors like blue cheese, mushrooms and herbs! 

Blanc de blanc (white from white). A light, dry champagne made from white grapes 🍇 more specifically, Chardonnay.  Perfect for a celebratory toast or a cozy night in.   Join us while we explore this bubbly!

Lambrusco.  A controversial wine that people love or hate.... This "too sweet" and "tastes like soda" wine has really built up a reputation....one similar to Moscato.   Join us as we taste four selections.   Will the  reputation stand?
