Our resident SVP of Talent Relations stepped out of his role as Andy and Matt's babysitter and got behind the mic to give a report on a candidate forum that he and Andy attended. The speakers were from the Save the K and The Kansas City Royals Downtown Ballpark committee. Hear what both sides had to say, who answered our questions, who dodged them, and ultimately if our guys are on the side of Save the K or Downtown Stadium.

In the high-stakes world of 4th and 5th Grade Girls Rec League basketball, one coach stands in the middle of pack, our very own Andy Cavanaugh. Hear the story about the team he coached to a Championship game appearance, the record they set (or tied), and how his ball slams in the gym have really paid off. Will he return for another year of coaching, TBD...

Andy shares in detail all the ways his "good neighbor" insurance company dropped the ball as it pertained to his wife's no fault automobile accident in December. Not surprisingly, it was a texting and driving accident where another driver wedged his car between hers and the car in the next lane. From there it was headache and hassle after headache and hassle. And the worst culprit - the insurance company that Andy and Kara have been with 25+ years.

It was January of 1993 until January of 2019... that is how long Andy and Matt waited for a Playoff Win. They begged for just one. Just one! Now, it has been SIX consecutive years of seeing their beloved Chiefs play in the AFC Championship.
