Two Dads Review

Only one more episode left in this fantastic season of AHS. And these two episodes help line everyone else right up. After straying from Camp Redwood for the past few episodes, everyone is back or on their way. Especially Billy Idol.

The Dads have hopes of a major scene with Idol. We all shall see. Everyone has been fantastic in this season and we can't wait for it to wrap up excellently.

A milestone has been hit. This is the 100th episode of American Horror Story. First off, congratulations to the cast and crew on some amazing content over the years.

As for 1984, this episode was great in its own right. It was one of those that as it ended, it had set up the last of the plot going forward all you could do was scream at the TV that you needed more NOW!

"Red Dawn"

We finally see the light! Initially we thought this season may take place in one night, which might have been pretty cool, but alas dawn has broken. And boy did those camp kids get an eyeful.

A lot happened this episode, some more backstory was given, more main cast died, and we find out the extent of Camp Redwood's powers and Satan's for that matter.

The Dads have lots of stuff to cover in these episodes. We learn a lot of backstories and folks real motivations in coming to the camp. Plus we get some major Boss Battles in Episode 4 along with some main cast deaths....but we may still see them again.

The finale of Preacher has come and gone. The Dads have some things to say about it. Mostly good. Things wrapped as well as we could have imagined and it was not a let down, unlike other finales lately. Looking at you GOT. Have a listen and help us send Jessie and Tulip into the sunset in style.

As for AHS, which starts around the 37:25 mark, Episode 2 is where things go from just 80s slasher nostalgia to something truly AHS. Tune in and see what the Dads have to say about it.

It has been a while since the Dads tackled two shows. Schedules, life and sickness has gotten in the way but they are back.

Preacher brings us ever closer to the Apocalypse giving us all we need to satisfy the fans that we are. We are looking forward to the series finale and know that it won't disappoint.

"The Lost Apostle" and "Messiahs"

Clay and Corey are back with a review of these two great episodes. Nothing like having your bits ripped off by a dingo. And that is just the start of the episode. It gets better from there.

"Bleak City"

Shortest episode of the entire podcast. This episode of Preacher had some great moments but didn't move our main characters very far. In fact, some moved out just to turn around and come back.

"Search and Rescue"

I won't lie to you. We get to this great episode of Preacher about half way through the podcast. Corey graces us all with some sound fatherly advice. I promise you, you don't want to miss it.

But also, a great episode of Preacher was talked about. Everything from meat gloves, to angel butchery, to "Not that way!" Some horrible ways to go in this world but this show may have shown us one of the worst.
