Since we lost an hour of sleep it's only fair to get it back right? Today is National Napping Day, it's safe to say most of us are avid celebrators of this. Do you think we should stay on this time setting? Or do we need to keep switching betwen the Daylight Savings Time? Oh by the way, this is the 100th year we've been doing Daylight Savings.

Ladies! If you are going into an interview, make sure you go light on the makeup if you want to seem as a leader and more independent. A new survey shows that women who wear too much makeup during interviews are much less qualified to get the job as opposed to the ones that only wear a little. Is makeup addictive? Ladies, do you feel the need to put on more even though there is no need.

We always love it when we get to talk to Mr. Skin! This time we're discussing the 19th Skin Anatomy Awards. What a way we've come, 19 years ago, only 5 TV shows were only showing active nudity back in 1999. Now there's 137 across 25 networks that feature nudity actively, Netflix alone has 28 alone. Mr Skin even says that just five years ago there's no way we could have predicted how much more nudity is here in television and movies.  

Okay there's holding it and there's HOLDING IT. Lamarr Chambers was arrested back in January on possible drug chargers. British Police held him, waiting to go to the bathroom so he can flush out the drugs. They kept him incarcerated for 47 DAYS. This dude held his crap for over a month. The courts eventualy just dropped the case because he was taking up space in the jail. If this was your drug dealer, you keep him in your phonebook.  

Kellie Nightlinger from Naked and Afraid joins us On Air this morning. Her and her partner were the first "couple" to be filmed when they went to Africa. She was more on the "team" side while her partner was in it for the "me." Kellie is an absolute badass and she will be at the Prep Expo tomorrow at Madonna Expo Center. She is the TOP RANKED Female Survivalist in the world right now. You're going to want to hear her talk at the event tomorrow at Madonna Inn Expo Center, doors open at 10am.    

Jeff and Jeremy will be amongst the "Who's who" at this year's SLO International Film Festival. Some of the festivities this year will take place on St. Paddy's Day. Jeff says mixing the who's who and college kids is asking for trouble. St. Paddy's Day is a HUGE deal here in SLO. Saturday the 17th is going to be a party and a half. 

The smoke break is the biggest thing that bothers Jeff when it comes to coworkers. 42% of workers want some additional time off to compensate the time the smokers get. There's a company in Japan that offers it's workers a week extra vacation if you don't smoke because they found that smokers take on average 46 hours a year to take a puff. What "at work Vice" would you give up to get an extra weeek of vacation?

Jeff bought the damn potato chips for himself! Parents have to get pretty creative when hiding foods from their kids, like Jeff having to go for a drive just so the man can have some chips. His wife puts ice cream in a coffee mug to fool the kids. Jeremy thinks this sounds like a ton of fun but Jeff just wants to eat a snack when he wants. 66% of moms hide food from the family, chips are the #1, families with kids don't have to deal with this right? 

Wild Cherry Canyon is apparently a hotbed for developers to do some developing! It looks like a group of Developers wants to put in some new homes, 15,000 to be exact. PG&E owns the land and one group of homeowners is argiung that the land can't sustain that, mostly because there's only one road in, one road out. That's a pretty solid argument to not build 15,000 more homes in the tiny community of Avila Beach. Hell, that's a whole new town. It could possibly help the housing crisis here on the Central Coast or bite us all in the ass.
