In March of 2023 South Africa's deputy presidents said in parliament, and I paraphrase, "What is this accountability of which you speak? We are not accountable, we are in the majority. This is majority rule."

This informed today's discussion. Accountability. How does it work? When do we become accountable for the choices we make and our lives? How do we negotiate with fellow citizens who believe accountability lies elsewhere, with others, always!
