This year has a few big comic book films: Supergirl, Spider-Man 4, and soon, Doomsday. Of course, Chris hasn't seen of these and probably never will. So, we do the next best thing: we talk about comic book movies we have seen, and that you probably haven't. Or if you have, you don't remember them - because these are forgotten comic book movies! Join Chris and Dave as we talk not about the big blockbusters everyone else is going on and on about, but instead movies forgotten by almost everyone, probably even the people that were in them. Except Warren Beatty: he remembers. Oh, he remembers well.

Chris and Dave want to introduce you all to a new indie movie. It's a low budget sword-and-sandals adventure starring unknowns Bob Pattinson, Mathew Damen and child acting sensation little Tommy Holland. Did we enjoy the brisk 3 hours in the theater? Is this Chris Nolan guy a flash in the pan? How did we both manage to see a movie in the theaters before it went to streaming? All these questions and more will be answered as Chris and Dave take an odyssey through the, ah, well through The Odyssey.

Chris and Dave love to reminisce about the past, but they aren't stupid - they know some things way back when really weren't that great. And so they've decided to talk about them. Because, you know, it's a podcast. What do these things have in common: Science Fiction movies, Retro Video Games, Television Shows and David Bowie?

Remember the Matrix movies? I guess there were four of them, so you probably took the lazy-persons way out and just called them 'A collection of Matrices themed moving picture shows.' Ya Bum. Well, whatever you did or didn't call these masterpieces, they were a big deal. Cinemas were all-of-a-sudden brim to hilt with like-cyber-minded stories featuring bald kids trying to bend spoons with their mind or selling hard the idea that somewhat dim adults that the rounded, concave utensil didn't exist altogether, and wove complex dialogue like "whoa" and "I know Kung Fu" into the conversations of the times. For a few years at least. So sit back, relax, put on your favorite frameless sunglasses and coordinated stiff leather long coat and take one of each color pill in your house* as Two Middle Aged Guys try to figure out what exactly the Matrix was and or is and if anyone still cares.
