A 2017 video has just surfaced showing MSNBC's elder statesman, Chris Matthews joking about putting a "Bill Cosby pill" in Hillary Clinton's water glass as he waited for her to arrive for an interview.

This isn't the first time Matthews has made creepy and sexist comments. During the 2016 campaign, he was caught on a hot mic making lewd comments about Melania Trump. Years earlier, Matthews was flirting with Erin Burnett during a live interview on his show.
