Despite the weather outside recently, spring sports are right around the corner, and there is a lot to be excited about for SEMO Athletics.

Another week and the awards keep rolling in for SEMO Redhawk student-athletes. Three Redhawks earned weekly conference honors for their performances.

Senior Luke Hatfield-Jackson and Freshman Parker Feuerborn (Fyer-born)were selected as the Ohio Valley Conference Male Field Athlete and Male Freshman Athlete of the Week, respectively, the league announced Wednesday, January 25, 2023.

SEMO Redhawks football center Zack Gieg has been named the winner of the Rimington Award for the Division I Football Championship Subdivision. The Rimington Award is given annually to the top center in the nation at each level of college football.
