Laura Opoku is a young female who overcame feelings of self-doubt and rejection after years of soul-searching. Even as a young person, she now understands her purpose in life,which is- to create something greater than anything she’s ever done before, – being a life and empowerment coach for recent graduates from college/university who feel lost, confused, but ambitious and determined! Tired of being complacent with the direction her life was taking her after graduating university and working in customer service, Laura decided to follow her passion and what she loves the most: helping young people fulfill their life’s desires and to be empowered in everything they do by turning it into a business. She is currently working on her first book, titled Motivation To Move: Drive Yourself To A Successful And Fulfilled Life, set to release in February 2017, along with her coaching and one-on-one consultations.

Miki Sturges is a creator and founder of Mamapreneurs Club, whose mission is to provide support, encouragement, inspiration and tools for work at home mama entrepreneurs. She’s been in network marketing business for the past 6 years, also in online marketing. She’s married to her husband Paul of 14 yrs, a mom of 3 boys, ages 20, 13 and 11. Besides being a work at home mama-preneur, she juggles being a representative on her boys’ school board, being involved in the praise team and serving in various ways in her church, and singing in the local semi-professional choir, Western Colorado Chorale.

Jordan Schanda is the Founder of ScholarPrep, which help parents and students prepare for the college and scholarship application process. Jordan and her mother developed ScholarPrep based on her personal experiences applying for college and scholarships, as well as her mother’s experience serving on scholarship review boards. They realized that there was a wide gap between students who knew how to fill out applications and those who had no idea what was involved and had very little information to put on the applications. They decided that there had to be a better way for parents and students to prepare for the application process without stress, without getting overwhelmed, and without missing out on opportunities. ScholarPrep was created to make college more accessible and to help students earn the scholarships they need to pay for their education.

Her own difficult breastfeeding journey sparked an interest in learning about all things lactation, and ultimately the pursuit of a career change as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC); she sits for the IBCLC exam in 2017. Naya lives in Austin with her techy husband and sons. She blogs about motherhood, style, and breastfeeding at Lactivist in Louboutins. In her spare time, Naya enjoys shopping, activities with her family, and taking as many naps as she can.
