We’re Raewyn and Yvonne, two mom bloggers who live on opposite coasts and often have opposite parenting styles! We’ll be releasing podcasts bi-weekly covering products, current events and featuring awesome guest speakers!
Cherie Francis Boegeman is an Occupational Therapist specializing in sensory integrative treatment and is Co-Owner of The LaunchPad Therapy for Kids in San Juan Capistrano, California. She graduated with Honors from San Jose State University and resides in Orange County, California with her husband, 24-year-old daughter, 18-year-old son and 16-year-old nephew. With over 30 years experience as an Occupational Therapist in a variety of settings including Manager of Occupational Therapy at Children’s Hospital of Orange County for 7 of those years. Cherie is certified to administer the Sensory Integrative and Praxis Test and is pursuing certification as a Core Specialist in the Masgutova Neurosensimotor Reflex Integration Method. She recently has joined a team is conducting validation studies on a new sensory integrative evaluation tool. As a private practitioner, besides “Playing” with the children she treats, she loves educating families and teachers on the critical role of play in healthy development.
