Energies are shifting, this spring equinox does not feel in alignment with the old, have I shifted timelines?

Hi Friends,

I started my process of Oil and fat removal out of my eating routine about 2 months ago, ive notice significant changes in key parts of my body that seemed to never have a reduce in fat.

Ive also noticed a huge change in my energy system, sustained energy when working out and even after pushing my core muscles to the limit and core-gasiming, i find MORE energy after, more clarity, more pulse for life, when previously i would feel good and relaxed but flat line with my energy and need to rest.

Our bodies are an organic machine, equipment, highly advanced emotional equipment, it is important to test everything, question all training, re examine what's allowed our patterns to emerge. Ive found oils and fats are HIGHLY toxic for my system, not life threatening but EVOLUTION threatening. Oils and fats have slowed down my ability to move and direct kundalini energy and function efficiently, i feel it most in my head where improper drainage occurs regularly due to my tonsils being removed at 7 or 8 years old.

If you want to change your life, a very good way to start would be removing all oil, natural oil, refined oils and fatty foods. our bodies can handle consuming it, though it doesn't mean its for our optimum functionality.
