kundalini energy core orgasim link, progression of my own evolution

Since i was 9-10 years old i have experience core-gasims, through movement of my body. I believe and can validate through the processes of my own body, the link between kundalini energy and core-gasims is magnetic. An interesting vision came with a channeled messaged to me back in March. "stop eating oils/fats to have better sex". As most visions and psychic channeling are symbolic, i believe this to be a direct reference to kundalini sexual energy and core-gasim activation of this process. It made sense at the time, the removal of the garbage that clogs your system allows for better flow of fluids. I can share that it 100% makes a difference, though i have yet to walk of water ( i will soon enough) i do notice a difference in the energy flux through my body now during any type of core-gasim exercise.

This guided chanting meditation is offered to you following my own amazing experiences. I was recently traveling around our friend and mother Earth, practicing different modalities for evolution. This following practice was the end all for them, and currently is the most powerful for myself. I share this in hopes you find your true power within yourself.

Notes:

When chanting Ohm, take as deep a breath as possible. During the exhale and sound creation, allow for the "humming" segment to be as long as possible.

Visualize a 2-dimensional star or see the episode art work which is a 3-dimensional 8 pointed star.

set clear intentions, focus on them during this practice, include words such as "I Am" and colours like rich blue or Violet or pure VOID.

Play with it, have fun, allow all sensations, feelings, smells, etc to arise.
