Two Watch Who - Doctor Who

We've reached spin off Torchwood in our watch and this is where everything changes - or does it?

This first episode we follow PC Gwen Cooper finding out about Torchwood and Aliens, it's a little bit like Rose and according to Sarah, like Hollyoaks...

Take your seats at Pete Tylers house for our celebration of Doctor Who Series 2.

It's the season finale. Mark shares some stories from around the time of this being on TV. Sarah is pleasantly surprised by some returnees, Torchwood is finally revealed and of course theres lots of discussion on Rose being left behind - should she just be grateful she's not in hell?

Another episode with not a great reputation in fandom, but will we be more optimistic with Sarah's love of 2012. We also discuss children drawing on things. ✏️

It's a divisive episode and we watched together in person this time. The first proper Doctor lite episode certainly gives us something different. We also have a bit of a throwback chat discussing a 60's story that we re-watched...

A fan favourite two parter this week, introducing us to the Ood, giving us some scary Toby moments and another Demon.

It's back to the 50's for this Mark Gatiss penned episode. The Coronation of the Queen is the background for this face stealing story, but is this just a filler episode?

The Cybermen make this comeback in this two parter directed by returning classic director Grahame Harper. We talk locations, Ricky & Jake, very welsh Angela and juxtaposing music choices.

Its Mickeys first trip in the TARDIS taking us into space and to France. The Doctor has a romance, Rose is a bit sidelined but there are some wonderfully designed robots.

Sarah Jane is back and she's still a journalist ladies and gentlemen. We talk K9, School dinner times and Happy Slapping, plus Sarah has a new favourite character...
