On a cold day in winter our two boys come together and talk about two ghost movies of very different ages but equally terrifying in their own way. Up first is the slow burn from 1980 that shows you just how scary almost nothing on screen can be in the classic film staring George C Scott The Changeling. Following that the boys hop on a plane to the country of Japan and take a look into one of the finest examples of found footage in the 2005 film Noroi: The Curse.

Its very rare that we get to do two such seminal works of a genre! This week we get that lucky and get to examine two of the best films of their decade in the genre of Science Fiction! First up we tackle the seminal work of Stanley Kubrick that takes a look at the future which is now our past in 2001: A Space Odyssey. Following that we hop in a floating police cruiser and take a trip to 2019 and examines the concept of what it is to be human in the 1982 classic by Ridley Scott Blade Runner!

On our ninth seasons conclusion the boys have a sit down and discuss one of Americas most underrated filmmakers in the one and only John Singleton. Just 18 days after what would have been his 52 birthday we dive deep into what made the list, what was just on the outside and what will be with them for the rest of their film viewing life! One week before we hit the big 90 we take a look back at two candidates that fell a little short of the Mount Rushmore! However now they get to have an episode all to themselves! Up first is the highly acclaimed and often forgotten film by Mr. David Lynch about a little old man heading across the country to see his brother on nothing more then a tractor! Its of course the 1999 classic The Straight Story! Then we get off the tractor and step into a cab and speed through the LA nightlife with the 2004 thriller by Michael Mann Collateral.

This week on the show Ben attempts to lighten the mood for Tyler and certainly does give some moments of levity with an all time strange pairing! First up we make the trek to 1990 where we hop in the passenger seat with Tom Cruise as we take a look at the underappreciated film by Tony Scott Days of Thunder! After that we then head to a small convenience store in Leonardo New Jersey where the career of one man begins as we look at the Generation X movie to end them all in the 1994 classic Clerks!

At the end of a very emotional week in the world of wrestling which we love almost as much as the world of cinema! We say R.I.P Brodie Lee and talk about him a bit at the end! We come together to talk about an odd yet weirdly perfect pairing of movies! The task at hand was Tyler needing to pick a pair of films he needed to revisit or something he had been putting off for far to long! He chose option B and we first headed off to 1976. We first take on one of the most influential movies of that year if not the decade in Sidney Lumet's Network! Then the boys move on to the seminal work of art by Mike Leigh that is Naked!

Well technically speaking Ben got to have a free space so he picked two movies that he has wanted to do since the start of this podcast about the world of cinema!
