2016 was a crazy year.

It took names and literally keeps taking names. George Michael didn't deserve, not on Christmas Day!

Rio almost got through with the Olympics without any incidents but Ryan Lochte refused to let them be great.

We found out Blue Ivy doesn’t play with North but "dem babies" sure do and for that Kanye weeps.

Black millennials finally saw themselves reflected on the silver screen in Atlanta and Insecure.

We learned that America refuses to miss an opportunity to one up the Brits, and that the resilience of the Native spirit is not one to be fuqqed with. #StandingRock

We mourned the lives of those lost in terrible tragedies in Aleppo, France, California, Dallas, and Orlando. We could not ignore the countless black bodies slain by aggressive police force to fever pitch summer 2016. We said too many RIPs for legends like Craig Sager, Gwen Ifill, Fidel Castro, Muhammed Ali, Prince, David Bowie, Alan Thicke, Zsa Zsa Gabor, China Machado, George Michael, and more.

And we personally cancelled about as many living celebs, so much so, we had to stay vigilant about keeping with our prayer candle lit for brother Kanye.

While 2016 felt like hot garbage most of the times, it was low key lit as hell!

So inspired by the TIME's Person of the Year, we’re doing our picks for who/what what was the best, worst, weirdest, pettiest.. of 2016.

Let's set fire to the rain in 2017 and thank 2016 for the lessons learned! Be Great!

We're a bit late with this episode, but we here!

Between Morg's birthday and Thanksgiving which happened to fall on the more important holiday - Morg's birthday, duh! - we've been busy eating, and hosting, and voguing, and twerking, and being carefree twenty-somethings.

But we ain't forget, so here we are.

Today we go back to the '99 and 2000.. and '93 and '88 and '95 and basically reminisce about our favorite childhood movies and television shows from Clueless to A Different World to Daria to Happily Ever After.

We personally love the 90s.

Morg went as 1993 for Halloween in 2011 - En Vogue, TLC, Aaliyah, Spice Girls ruled.

And we're pretty sure both Shan and Morg decided a while back that the 90s was the decade of fabulous white women.

We figured we all needed a break from Kanye manic episodes and political dysphoria so we kept it light and airy and blessed!

We're also sad we're not ever going to get a Theresa May (UK), Angela Merkel(Germany), Hillary Clinton (US) heads of state Supremes moment at a global summit or Diane Sawyer interview!
