Many of us focus too much on how we present. We tend to neglect how we actually feel. How we're actually processing our everyday experiences - the good and the bad. How we fail to utilize our support networks out of fear of being a burden or appearing 'lesser.'

We say drop the charade! At least for today. Drink your tea and confide in your bestie, your mama, your mentor, your spiritual guide.

Unburden yourself.

More importantly take care of yourself! Go to that therapist! Meditate at that retreat!
