In Episode 11, Diana and Sheira invite us into the most uncomfortable territory in our lives -- being in a fight.

In episode 6, Diana and Sheira take listeners on an experiential and educational journey into the start of relationship -- the proverbial honeypot.  Celebrating this natural and essential time of bonding with another person, they also share what's going on emotionally, psychologically and spiritually during this phase of merging. They discuss how this relationship phase sets the stage for future times of growth in relationships as they mature, deepen and experience secure attachment.
