Giahna Pantano is awesome. Seriously she is. From her vast knowledge of all things Hellsing, Dragon Ball and Disney—along with many many more things—to her amazing character model work on Solar Opposites, she does amazing work. This interview was conducted via Zoom, and is one of the best conversations I’ve had with someone and listen closely to the gems that are laid out by one of the best pros in the game.

Vila Cheanng, a jack-of-all trades Cambodian-American creative in RVA who is a videographer/editor, motion graphics artist and front-end web developer... and that's just the stuff he lists on his resume. Some of his clients include Gatorade, Johnson and Johnson and many more. His journey is one of perseverance and taking big chances, something that is akin to one of our previous guest, Hip-Hop Henry. Chris Pyrate is a DC native who has used his environment to take on a much different path, carving out a unique niche within the east coast art scene, using his eclectic tastes and South East upbringing--pinched with some Miami flavoring--his floral designs can be seen everywhere, from DC to New York to his Nike and Adidas collaborations right down to work at Image Comics. This conversation is full of insight and gems that young artists should pay close attention to.

Matt Harris, better know by his handle, ShutterPoltergeist, is a RVA based photographer that has been rising in the ranks with his brand of art. From his bio, he aims to “Make RVA look strange” through landscapes and now also portraiture.
