It's a new week but we have a familiar voice on the show as DOM Frederic joins Zach & Boomy to talk everything Cubs. That is what will lead off the show as the Cubs take 2 of 3 from the Sox and lock up the 3 seed and will host the Marlins. The Sox finish in the 7 seed and will head to Oakland for the Wild Card round. In the 2 hole is the Bears amazing comeback as they rally to take down the Falcons. Also on the gridiron in the clean up spot, Chargers quarterback Tyrod Taylor has had his lung punctured by the medical staff in an injection procedure on Sunday. Hitting 5th we kick it to Matty Pucks who breaks down the Stanley Cup finals as the Lightning take a 2-1 series lead. In the 2 hole, the Cubs clinched a playoff spot but dropped a tight one late to the Pirates. In the same breath in the 3 spot, the Sox lose an extra-inning heartbreaker to the Indians and remain a half a game up in the division. In the clean up position Michael Jordan starts up his own NASCAR team with Danny Hamlin and hires Bubba Wallace as his driver. Hitting 5th the boys look at the NBA bubble playoffs as the Heat & Lakers take leads in the conference finals. To wrap up the show, as always, is "Boomys Wacky Web Story."

Batting clean up the boys run down the whole NFL schedule that was in week 2. The 5 hole has the boys breaking down the NBA playoffs as the Lakers take a 2-1 series lead over the Nuggets and the Heat lead the Celtics 2-1. Following the NBA and hitting 6th, we have Matty Pucks breaking down the Stanley Cup Finals as the Stars take a 1-0 series lead over the Lightning. In the 3 spot, Big Ten football is officially back after they announce they will begin play in late October. Also coming back, in the clean up spot, we have college basketball announcing they will begin play in late November.
