Hey everyone! As content creators, we know there is an expectation for all of you, and we also advocate for putting mental health at the top of the list. With that being said, there has been some unsettling news that hit the team within the last week, which interfered with Jaron's mental strength to edit the episode we were supposed to be releasing today. Out of respect for the guest we had, we are unable to release that episode in a half-ass manor and would want to do it justice. We promise we will have more information on what's going on, along with an actual episode, next week. Thank you for understanding and seeing us as humans with real-life scenarios and struggles that we all face at times. We promise you'll hear from us next week! We love you so much!
Hey everyone, as you know; we like to keep it very transparent here. And quite frankly, we're just kinda goin' through it right now, because life is life. So, we're doing a very lite-hearted episode this week, because we really need it (we almost talked about lizard people). Because of that, Jaron chose to bring on some "I forced a bot to watch X for 1000 hours" scripts and then we do some auto-fill song lyrics from Lady Gaga, Chrissy Chlapecka, Britney Spears, and Katy Perry. Please enjoy the laughs, because we all could use some these days. Love you guys!

Happy Neurodivergent Week, all you silly gooses! Today's cauldron do be a brewin'! Ostara (commonly knowing as the Christian holiday, Easter) is next week! So, what's the global history behind this sabbath? And, why in the heck do we symbolize this with an assuming-male rabbit that brings us colored eggs? Well, Heather did the research, so now you can know too! But first, we're gonna dive into some Mario Kart, job burnout, and The Great British Bake Off. ALSO! As promised from last week's episode, we're gonna finish off with a listicle of "34 Things Gen Z is tired of Millennials doing" at 50:48, so you're not left too high and dry. Happy Spring Equinox!

We've got a charcuterie board of things to talk about today, but first: Happy Women's History Month! We have some tea to spill this week, so gather 'round with your finest China, because we're discussing Jaron's lover era while finding intimacy on different levels, stumbling upon prisontiktok, and men calling their chests "mommy milkers". Heather drew the Magician Tarot Card this week, Jeff Goldblum, Pedro Pascal, & Captain Planet are ZADDY, ignorance in the northern states of the US, boomers getting what they ask for, and the history of the feminist movement! We delivered a hilarious episode for y'all this week, trust us. "It's the ADHD for me."

Moms with magical powers, monsters under the bed, and superhero complex? Oof! We've never felt more attacked by our research than we did with this week's episode. Content warning: childhood trauma, faith, and past partners with abusive characteristics. Jaron will be delivering this week's subject; Magical Thinking. We will break it down to all 4 types, with thorough examples and even our own previous experiences of this distorted way of thinking. At the end of the day, we aren't here to call out anybody, but we also know how we were raised so there's that. Any way, we are wh*res for validation, so let us know what you think!

In this week's episode, we wanted to shed light on the over-shadowed, yet still extremely important historical figures for Black History Month. We will be discussing the events and people that led up to the creation of The Black Panther movement, a doctor that developed a surgical procedure still used in pediatrics today, and the man who coordinated Reverend Doctor Martin Luther King Jr.'s marches. We are fully aware that we may be just two melanin-ly challenged slices of Wonder Bread, but that won't stop us from supporting marginalized communities and spreading the word on these important pieces of history.

Let's skip to the good part ;) We have 2 very special guest stars with us this week: our valentines! Disclaimer for our parents: maybe don't listen to this episode. It was UwU at first in-person date for Heather and Spencer, & for Jaron and Nicholas; the FBI searching commenced! This week's episode is full of love and mostly laughter as we spill our tea on spicy relationship topics, like: budding online romances, cellular nudes, and tricks to hiding your hickey?! As Nicholas says, "it's a cute little podcast, just bringing people closer together." This episode is WILDLY explicit, so please hide your kids.

Hot diggity-dog, you guys! Honestly, we are so proud of this week's healthy serving of us tripping up our stairs, creative endeavors, and of course; the "Typical Toes" taps. We both surprised each other with some listener messages to read on the show and Nicholas was recognized in public from our new TikTok account! It's a day of clear skies with some upswings in our mental health and Heather's tarot card has us "seeing overseas"! We're doing AITA threads and relabeling them "Am I the D*ckhole" stories henceforth! We're so grateful to not be involved with conflicts like: in-laws invading financial privacy because they saw it done on television and POOP ON TOOTH BRUSHES!? Oh my.. *facepalm emoji* So what do you guys think? Did Jaron's 2-card drawing help remind you to fall back in love with life again? Have you had a chance to find time for your creative side yet? Aren't we all just a bunch of D-holes in our own special A-hole way?

Family members: tread lightly with this week's episode. There will be quite the amount of almost completely filtered conversations while we play We're Not Really Strangers; a game request sent in by a listener! And for all of the witches and metaphysical followers out there; we take about 15 minutes to read up on our next Wheel of the Year; Imbolc. We do apology for the background noises; Dozer wanted to make his weekly appearance known. As well as technical difficulties we were experiencing with some sound. Jaron is getting that taken care of this week! Content warning for transparency on body dysmorphia between 52:50 and 55:27. We would love to hear some of your responses or feelings on some of these questions. Like; what did you do behind your parents's backs? Or how do you feel about having kids? Trigger warning for drug abuse and trauma that can stem from that (timestamp is 12:15 and 23:54). This is our second part to our manifestation 2-part special. Today's episode is going to dive into how intention-setting is key to unlocking your true potential! Specifically with your reality, mental health, and your craft! Jaron is will be sharing how EMDR therapy, manifestation, and the power of thought helped him heal from the trauma that came from his previous experience in active addiction, as well as his experience with the multiverse!
