Today’s episode is an interview with Ty Shoopman.  Ty has experience in both law enforcement and the military. As part of his transition out of the force, he worked for Walmart in the Anti-Money Laundering Department and is now taking on a senior management role as a Threat Management Pro.

 This episode is packed with transition advice, including tips for applying and interviewing.  Ty also shares his thoughts on overcoming imposter syndrome, something we all feel during our transition, and how to effectively communicate your desire to transition with your spouse or loved one.
