This is episode is all about Pride. We have two special guests who was talking it up with us. The conversation was soooo good, we had to split it into two parts!! This episode was more on a personal level, our guests spoke about their journey after coming out, some scandalous stories, and even some great advice for the fellow members of the LGBTQ+ community. So make sure you listen to bot parts! I promise you will not be disappointed!

A discussion on mental health in the black community. Some advice on how to cope with it, how to better your mental health, etc. We as a whole need to watch out for our brothers and sisters. We have listed some resources for those struggling with mental and hope this can help you with your journey.
