'Who is this guy & why am I listening to him?' Well, how about who I'm not? Best real estate practitioner or small biz owner? No. Do I humbly feel I'm one of the best? Yes! 'Best' endurance athlete? No. Accomplished? Gratefully, Yes. I'm also the grateful recipient of a lot of help from others along my journey. The point: there is only one 'best' in any category at any given moment in time. Don't wait for tomorrow or permission from others to share the gift of your story or experience!
