Thelma Hlongwane spoke to Mr Masotsha Mnguni is a South African diplomat who serves as the country's G20 Coordinator. He has been instrumental in shaping South Africa's agenda for the G20 presidency, which includes strengthening disaster resilience, ensuring debt sustainability, and mobilizing finance for a just energy transition.

South Africa will host the Third Meeting of the G20 Sherpas from 25 to 27 June 2025 at the Sun City resort in the North West Province. The meeting will take place under the theme: Solidarity, Equality, Sustainability. The Director General of the Department of International Relations & Cooperation and South African G20 Sherpa, Mr Zane Dangor delivered opening remarks.
