The 10th BRICS Communications Ministers’ Meeting was held in Innopolis (Tatarstan) on 26–27 September. The theme of the Ministers’ Meeting is ‘Sovereignty vs. Interconnectivity: Finding a Balance’. Participants will consider the development and expansion of cooperation on digital economy, information, and communication technologies within BRICS. The meeting will wrap up with adoption of a declaration of key principles for cooperation.
