TAAG Angola Airlines, is Angola’s state-owned flag carrier, and already operates flights to Harare, Lusaka, Johannesburg, Brazzaville, Kinshasa, Sal, Windhoek, Rio de Janeiro and Sao Tomé and Principe.

Lungelo Mtwa, the winner at Africa’s Travel Indaba Annual Fun Run. Lungelo was awarded a return flight ticket from Cape Town to London, UK, thanks to Norse Airline. Lungelo, a Tourism Management graduate and a Tourist Guide from Winne Madikizela Mandela Local Municipality (WMMLM), participated in the Africa’s Travel Indaba km Fun run on May 14, 2025

Lungelo has been operating as a nature and culture guide since 2019, he has contributed a lot in the Wild Coast Tourism, coordinating guides and led the WMMLM Local Tourism Organisation as a secretary. He recently started trail running and guiding trail runners the on the Wild Coast.

#ATI2025 | Mpumalanga Tourism & Parks Agency signed the Memorandum of Understanding with Limpopo Tourism Agency to form collaborations and support each other in the promotion of tourism growth.

The proceedings were led by Limpopo MEC of Economic Development, Environment & Tourism, Mr Baldwin Matibe and his Mpumalanga counterpart MEC Makhosazana Masilela. Ubuntu Radio had an interview with both MECs at the conclusion of the signing ceremony.

The intention is to advance tourism marketing and development within the borders of Mpumalanga and Limpopo provinces. This collaboration will lead to the development of sustainable and responsible tourism and preserving the cultural values and heritage offered in both provinces. Ultimately this is about enhancing the tourist experience. The MOU’s will further assist these entities to facilitate the sharing of information and best practices..
