In eternity, there will be nothing left to pray for, but Jesus teaches us to pray now, “Your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in Heaven.” Our lives are meant to be formed by prayer, asking God to come and interrupt our reality with His.

Paul writes in 2 Timothy of ‘finishing the race.’ Because he has finished the race, there’s a heavenly crown that awaits him. He would tell us that it does no good to start the race, unless we finish it. In this message, Bob talks about keys to always staying willing to take our next step in Christ, no matter how hard the season we’re in.

To live in the light of eternity is to live now for what will matter then.

We can pray with faith and believe God for the impossible because the power of the Holy Spirit lives within us.

Jesus said in John 10:27, “My sheep hear my voice…” In this week’s message, we look at many of the ways God speaks to us and His invitation to all of us to ask the Lord to give us new gifts and graces to hear His voice with increased clarity.

Jesus is the Vine and we are the branches. The Holy Spirit will produce His fruit, i.e., the character of Christ, in everyone who abides in Him.

As amazing as it would be to have Jesus physically live among a few of us, He tells us that it’s far better that He live within every believer. Jesus wants to awaken us to the reality of His Spirit within us, and with that, to awaken the Spirit to move in our lives with new power.

In reading Psalm 139, we see how important it is to see God rightly. Psalm 139 displays that God is a good and loving Father who is just, but often our own lenses through which we see the world distorts this truth. This week, we talk about beginning to see God rightly and how to understand scripture that can seem scary or intense.
