Uganda has agreed to take in deportees from the U.S., but only under strict conditions — no unaccompanied minors, no criminal records, and a preference for those of African descent. The deal comes as America also sends deportees to Eswatini and South Sudan, sparking criticism that the U.S. is outsourcing its deportation crisis.
