After President Putin’s version of 'nasty neighbours' - invading the country next door on the ludicrous pretext that he was seeking the “demilitarisation and denazification” of Ukraine - we explore the personal and political aspects of the conflict. 

The personal account comes from Denys Ganzha, a 22 year old, currently dodging Russian bombs just outside the Ukrainian capital of Kyiv, while the political aspect is provided by Bella Sankey from Detention Action, who discusses the UK's response to Ukraine's refugee crisis.
