Five years ago I was in a really tough place personally in my life. It was dark and it was tough. It was not what I envisioned or planned for my life or my family’s. But life still continues on, it keeps going. The toll of stress led me to no sleep, I was severely depressed and didn’t even know, I was having panic attacks, I just wanted to sleep all day.
At that time I was doing all the things I knew to try and take care of me. But, it wasn’t working. The supplements I was taking weren't enough. Exercise, diet, none of it was working.
