A Citizens Disclosure on UFOs. Terry Tibando is active independent UFO and ETI researcher who has 69 years of UFO
sightings and ETI encounters and is one of Canada’s leading experts in understanding this
extraterrestrial phenomenon.
He has been a lifetime UFO and ETI experiencer having his first ETI encounter as a 5-year-old
child when three small “Casper the Ghost” type ETs entered his bedroom on an RCAF military
base in St Jeans, Quebec in November 1953.
Ten years later while living in Victoria, B.C. Terry had more UFO sightings and this began his
serious research into the subject which included membership in APRO (Aerial Phenomenon
Research Organization).and CAPRO - Canadian Aerial Phenomenon Research Organization.
And listening to UFO speakers like Dr. Edward Edwards and famous contactee, Daniel Fry.
Currently Terry Tibando is the Coordinator of CSETI Vancouver and has for 29 years been
leading teams of people on field expeditions to establish successful contact and communications
with visiting ETI.
Terry was educated at the University of Victoria majoring in astronomy, physics, math and the
sciences, and using that knowledge and his personal experiences to better understand
Extraterrestrial Intelligence.
He hosted the first Witness Disclosure conference in Canada on UFOs and ETI on September 9,
2001, with guest speakers Dr Steven Greer, Dr Carol Rosin and Dr Alfred L. Webre and with full
news media coverage in attendance.
Tibando has been interviewed in 1995 on the Discovery Channel for their "Alien Week" series
and on BCTV News for his involvement in CSETI Vancouver.
