What is a BOUNDARY?
      Be aware
      Of what is
      Unacceptable and
      Normalize saying "NO."
      Do what is best for YOU
      And know that it's not your
      Responsibility to sacrifice
      Yourself for others.

Love yourself enough to set boundaries. Your time and energy are precious and you get to decide hoe you use them. You teach people how to treat you by deciding what you WILL and WON'T accept.
A lack of boundaries invites a lack of respect!

I have worked and worked on setting boundaries in my work life and my personal life. With that, I gained respect and lost some clients and some personal relationships, AND  THAT IS OKAY.

Two things I am giving YOU:
1. You are allowed to set boundaries.
2. You are allowed  to wave  Buh-Bye to anyone who doesn't respect them, WITHOUT APOLOGY.
The only people who get upset about you setting boundaries are the ones who are benefiting from you having none.

Repeat after me:
I am responsible for how people respond to my boundaries.
I am responsible for setting and honoring my boundaries.
If my relationship ends because I set boundaries, it's a sign that the foundation was already cracked.
In a healthy relationship, I CAN set boundaries without fear of retaliation or manipulation.

~It can be hard to set boundaries, but Oh so WORTH IT.

We have two big voices in our heads. One that speaks with Fear and one that speaks with Courage. 

Let's visualize what those voices look like. One on your left shoulder being the 'booing" section and one on your right being your biggest cheerleader. Most days I wake up with my biggest cheerleader dancing and rocking singing, "Go go, Get it get it, You can do it, put your back into it!" Some days that voice is loud all day and I am so freakin' productive and amazing. But there are days that are like a constant game of Whack-a-Mole. Where my "booing" section gets loud with my insecurities, doubts and fears. But I have learned to turn up the volume on my "cheering' section to over power.

The voices of negativity for most are,  what we think other peoples opinions will be of us. Do YOU realize how ridiculous that is? 
You Guys- WHAT OTHERS THINK ABOUT YOU IS NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS!

YOU have to believe in yourself when no one else does. That is what makes you successful.
If having others believing in you and your dreams was a requirement for success, most of us would never accomplish anything. You need to base your decisions about what you want to do on YOUR goals and YOUR desires - not the goals, desires, opinions, and judgement of your parents, friends, spouse, children and coworkers. QUIT WORRYING what other people think and FOLLOW YOUR HEART!

Surprise, Surprise! Most of the time, no body is thinking about you at all! They are too busy worrying about their own lives, and if they are thinking about you at all, they are wondering what you are thinking about them. People think of themselves, not you. Think about it- all the time you are wasting worrying about what people think about your ideas, your goals, your clothes, your hair, your home could all be better spent on actually DOING the things that will ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS!

I dare you to turn up the voice of your "cheering" section and see what happens!

Everything happens for a reason. Things don't ALWAYS go as PLANNED. It's not OUR timeline, IT is HIS. There is a reason WHY YOU are exactly where you are RIGHT NOW!

If you Believe You CAN, You are RIGHT! If you Believe You CAN'T, You are RIGHT!  You have to start BELIEVING in YOURSELF.     YOU CAN!!!!!! 

The Hard Truth! YOU are 100% responsible for EVERYTHING. 

How to level up with Self-Care! Wanting MORE is NOT Selfish! Do you feel worthy of more? YOU are WORTH TAKING CARE OF!!

Are you waiting on just the right time? Are you already coming up with excuses of why you can't, before you even start??  Want to know what the most used excuse is??? 
The TIME is NOW! 

Stop apologizing for being YOU! Where I DARE YOU to be YOU! This is just the beginning of how to move the needle and make ahhhhhmazing changes in your life just by LIVINGin yourPURPOSE! Action over Perfection and see what happens when you SET the DATE!!!
