This weeks episode is all about how God reveals himself to us not in scripture alone but in scripture, tradition and the magisterium. I used to believe strongly in scripture alone until I started asking a few simple questions. There is a lot that is misunderstood about how the three work together and what we believe about each but I try to clear up some of those misunderstandings I commonly heard growing up in this weeks episode!

This week we look into the Catholic understanding of salvation. Specifically we talk about justification and works. I was always taught that Catholics believed in a works based salvation plan and I can confidently say that is not the truth. Not even close and thank God for that because if our salvation was based on our works, we would be in some serious trouble!
