In this episode we are celebrating my 14 year diaversary, which is basically the anniversary of the day I was diagnosed with type one diabetes. I feel beyond proud of myself for making it this far and continuing to live with and manage diabetes everyday. There are some literal highs and lows but I am grateful for every day. For this special episode my friend Retta joins me to talk about our journey with diabetes, from being insecure about the diagnoses to being open and proud to share our stories.
