How have the stories of a loved one impacted you? We only get so much time on Earth and it’s important to remember to take advantage of the time we have with each other to learn more about the incredible tales we each have lived.  

In this episode, I am so excited to be joined by the inspirational Caroline Nadine Helsing. In her short life, Caroline has been a model, a business owner, a photographer, and has most recently written her debut book, Unapologetic- Tales of the Original Party Crasher. Her heartfelt story of a daughter processing the loss of her mother. Throughout this episode, you will learn Caroline’s career journey, engaging and beautiful stories from Caroline’s mother’s life, what led Caroline to writing her book, and so much more. This conversation with Caroline is a wonderful reminder to hug your loved ones closer and be unapologetically yourself. 

Born and raised in Hawaii, Caroline moved to LA and pursued acting and modeling.  After years of working internationally and appearing on countless covers and over 60 commercials, Caroline decided to try her hand behind the lens. Caroline was then chosen by leading philanthropic organizations to document her photography on their medical missions while traveling to areas of Mexico, Peru, and even deep within the Amazon jungle. Caroline has also worked as a freelance writer for the Orange County Register and the Newport Beach Independent. She currently lives in Newport Beach, California with her husband and their dog, Daisy.
