Boundaries are personal limits that define what's acceptable and unacceptable in how you are treated, focusing on self-respect. Never let someone make you feel bad or wrong for having boundaries. In this episode we talk about creating healthy boundaries and setting high standards.

Standards, a broader set of values and principles that guide your choices. Standards are a glimpse into your self confidence. The more self - worth you have the higher your standards will be.
