When we get sick or feel our bodies are not functioning at their optimal levels, what do most people do? They treat the symptom, not the root cause.
Dr. Dan Stickler and Dr. Mickra Hamilton, founders of Apeiron Zoh, share their insight on how we can better inform the system and promote wellness using an integrated model.

When someone sets a goal, they often find themselves excelling in one area while allowing the other areas to slip. More than that, when I speak with my clients about living an exceptional life, most don't have a sufficient model or idea of what that looks like.
So, how do you create something you haven't yet seen or experienced?
On today's interview, Dan and Mickra share their thoughts on living a life of excellence across all areas: how to define it for yourself and what specific action to take to make it happen.

One of the biggest fears or worries I hear from clients is not having enough time to be, do or have the things they say they want in life.
With a little digging, we always get to the heart of the matter, and time is NEVER the real issue.
The issue is less about the time you do or don't have, and more about optimizing the time you DO have to create the life you want.
That's why I recorded today's episode.
It's the episode I needed just a few weeks ago when I was feeling overwhelmed and falling into the trap (or excuse) of not having enough time.
I won't get into all the details, but it felt chaotic. I felt disorganized, and frustrated by my lack of progress.
The story I made up was that time was slipping away, when in reality, it was my lack of two important things causing the stress.
So, if you're currently limited by time, resources, multiple projects, kids being out of school, travel, things seemingly out of your control or any variation knocking you off track, this episode is for you.
I share a quick process to get you feeling clear, focused and centered in a matter of minutes so you can get back to progress.

In this bonus episode, I share a few of the things I chose to unbecome so that I could step into who I know myself to be. This episode guides you through the inner dialogue that occurs when you choose to embody that state, and gives you permission to do the same.
