“The scripture is telling us in verse six…the people sat down to eat and drink and rose up to play. Now, isipin natin kung very cursory reading lang, siguro naglaro sila ng Ping Pong? "Parang pagbibigay ‘yan ng regalo eh. Pag nagbigay ka ng regalo, ang iniisip mo hindi ‘yong paborito mo, hindi ‘yong gusto mo kundi ‘yong paborito at gusto nung pagbibigyan mo ng regalo. “If there’s one thing that we learn from the Old Testament, it’s that we’re also experiencing what they experienced. The Israelites went to Egypt… but they lost their way. That’s something we should be mindful of in our lives. What are the good things that are preventing us from knowing God the best? Four hundred years and they’ve already forgotten the story. Nakalimutan na nila sino si Yahweh… we have to reflect in our lives. Otherwise we will be slaves of good things…”
