Today I sat down with our July member of the month, Courtney Carter. Courtney has had to adjust her schedule and continually adapt to a new training routine. These obstacles have not stopped her however from finding a new love for running, continuing to be her best self, and seek new challenges.

I was fortunate enough to sit down and chat with Kris and talk briefly about his journey into Ironman and pick his brain on how he goes about his nutrition, training, and recovery. He dives into some of the details of how he started into ironman and how he left a life of addiction behind and has been all-in on Triathlons since. Kris isn't alone in the endeavor, as it's a family affair with the support of his wife and daughter. Enjoy the show.
