In 1980 one of the most devastating natural disasters in American history struck the state of Washington when Mount St. Helens unleashed devastation with explosive force. Enough force, some say, to tear a hole between this world and the next and let something through to our world. Blue fur, bat-like wings, and eyes like the moon. Over the following decades, sightings would come in from not just Washington, but across the US of this strange winged creature that left little evidence behind. But was there really something there, or was it just the echoes of past tragedy? Tonight on Uncanny America, join us as we go in search of Batsquatch.
