Instead, celebrate your strengths and collaborate with others to improve on your limitations. Instead of seeing the glass as half empty, see it as half full. This season is creating opportunities and also take away some. Therefore, prepare for your offseason. Prepare for your defining moment. Do not give yourself permission to slacken or relax your efforts towards your goals. Do not apologize for your greatness!  A reward will not always follow your labor- Show up anyway! You never know when the tables will turn or who might be watching you.

You have the power to change your destiny by changing your words. Start to speak positive declarations and affirmations into the atmosphere to shift the dynamics. Remember your words have the ability to hurt or heal. Which do you choose today?

She is also a Certified Permaculturalist, Herbalist in Training, Urban Gardener, Educator, Speaker, and the founder of Cultivating Gardens ®. Since 2013, Claudia has offered small space urban edible gardening workshops and coaching to SF/Bay Area residents. Since 2014, Claudia has served the African American Museum Library where she serves as the library manager, workshop facilitator, and educator at Oakland seed. She engages in positive social change by issuing  Free seeds to the community to grow their own small space and container gardens in an urban environment. Claudia is getting ready to launch her monthly podcast called “The Roots of Self Care Podcast” which will premiere on Thursday, August 13, 2020, at 11:30 AM PST. Many persons are dealing with trauma and anxiety. Some have figured out a way to cope while others are still overwhelmed.
