Coach Christian Vitale, the son of Gloria and Dominic Vitale, was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. The youngest of seven children and the only boy of six girls, Christian grew up in an abusive household where he was afraid to make a mistake in fear of the punishment that would follow. He focused his energy to escape the cycle of abuse that entrapped his father, by turning his attention towards sports and music.

It was in sports were he felt at home, but it was the music that kept him going. Even while playing football and running track, he felt not wanted. Because of his small stature being only 5'5, he was told he was to small, not fast enough and would not be able to play. It was not until his freshman year when he met Ian Hill, his high school track coach, who would influence positive change in his life. Coach Hill showed Christian how to focus all his anger, sadness, and negative energy toward accomplishing his goals.

Christian overcame incredible adversity. As a young boy, he was bullied and picked-on due to his size and learning disability which included dyslexia and comprehension problems. As a teenager, he battled a deep depression, and mentally lost hope in life and tried to commit suicide three times. Only after his third failed attempt, he realized someone or something bigger than him did not want him to take his life.

Today Christian credits his successes to making the right choices at crucial times, his never give up or give in attitude and his refusal to take no for an answer. With all the adversity in Christian’s life in 2011 he took on a challenge and enrolled himself at the University of Phoenix to complete a degree. Through his inspirational talks you will see how Christian overcame tough life experiences which consisted of: Child abuse, Depression, Bullying, Teen / Adult Suicide, Dyslexia, and other Learning disabilities. Learn the key components of Christian’s success that is a testament that with hard work, passion, hunger and discipline (P.H.D), and a never give up attitude towards life anything can be achieved. Founder and CEO of Naked Warrior Recovery, a CBD
company focused on the recovery of veterans and first
responders. He is a retired Navy SEAL with 26 years of service.
He has served on both traditional SEAL Teams, taught as a
SEAL Sniper Instructor and served on Teams that specialized in

ranging from protecting the interim Iraqi elected officials to Direct

After retiring from the military in 2018 he realized that he
