An executive and leadership coach who’s specialized in working with men for two decades, Ken has an international clientele from a wide range of industries – from finance, academia, and tech, to entrepreneurship, medicine, and the arts.

Ken writes regularly, hosts the “Mojo for the Modern Man” podcast, and leads cohorts of men through his intensive IAM (Integrated Adult Man) program several times a year.

When not working, he’s found playing one of his home-built guitars, baking, whipping up colorful, tasty meals for people he loves, or skiing unreasonably fast.  His favorite activity, though, is delighting in the wacky blessings and company of his family – his wife, Danielle, and son, Cai.  Ken lives in Wilton, New York.

Zachary went from a bartender to a Real Estate Expert, Coach, and 3x bestselling author of Real Estate on Your Terms, The New Rules of Real Estate Investing, and Sell With Authority for Real Estate Investors. He’s the COO of Smart Real Estate Coach, a partner in multiple 7-figure businesses, and co-host of the Smart Real Estate Coach and Not Just A Transaction podcasts.

At the age of 25, Zach decided to leave the world of bartending and personal training and jump into the family business. It was one of the first big risks that he took in his life, as nothing was guaranteed. Plus, he knew absolutely nothing about real estate. We are Ronnie and Lorna Santana. We have been together for 17 years and married for 14. We have three beautiful children, ages 11, 8, and 3. We have been involved in our local community for most of our lives but not many people know our full story. 

Over the years we have gone through your typical ups and downs. However, our story goes deeper than what most marriages survive. We are eager, nervous, and excited to share valuable insight on the struggles that come with affairs, dishonesty, pain, and rebuilding trust. Most people don’t talk about the nitty gritty and now that we are on the other side of infidelity, we are hoping to shed some light on what it looks like to go through those relationship-altering events and how to work through them because let's be honest, you never really overcome them. 

From a husband-and-wife perspective healing and communication can be very different for both. We have been on the path of personal growth, rebuilding trust, and learning how our spouses receive our love over the years.  We believe there is value in unfiltered communication and that it is essential to your healing process. We hope our story is a testament that will encourage others to work hard and really dig deep to believe in themselves so that they too can have hope in rebuilding their marriage.
