I've been living through a healing process and it has not been easy. And it has redefined how I look at the word and action of healing. And this has informed how I am treating myself in this season. I wanted to share those thoughts and how I am dealing with it.

This weeks episode is a very personal one. For a long time I have been coming to terms with the breakdown of certain things in my life and I am open and willing to understand the role than I may have played in it. This is an introspective look into how I found myself in a toxic place and how I am trying to get myself out of it.

I've been thinking a lot lately and I wanted to express what's on my mind about how we show up for each other and interact with one another. What is that rooted in an how does that affect how we show up?

We talk about sex all the time, but it's not often that we speak on intimacy or the effects that if can have on us. In today's episode I briefly discuss intimacy and what it means to me
