In this episode Robert sits down with Angel & Lito Bustos (and Bita and Alex) at their amazing BLKxGRY Tattoo Studio. 

We discuss and recap the Chicago Tattoo convention where the BLKxGRY family had 62 of the best artists from all over the world. We talked family, business, travel and plans for the future. 

This episode was special to me for many reasons. In particular because of my own business Peppo's Subs. The father-son(s) dynamic, visions, plans- all so similar to how my father started and how I am continuing it on. But also because what they are doing, what I am doing...is bigger than any one of us. 

Business, like life has some simple rules and simple truths on the path to success... Be a good person, be around good people, bring good energy, build a great brand, put out a great product, and give great service. If you do that, it really is just doing dope shit with your friends.

Today I sat down with Army Veteran Malcolm Ward. 

Malcolm is currently interning with us at Peppo's Subs as he transitions from his 10 years of service in the US Army to our corporate team. We are brining Malcolm into our Peppo's Subs Franchise group to bolster our corporate store, corporate training and ongoing support for new franchisee's. This episode unpacks our franchise training system and our philosophies as we prepare to launch into our aggressive growth phase.
