On September 8th 2016 Craig felt faint hours after dinner and weighing 380 lbs he got diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes. He then immediately embraced a healthy lifestyle with the guidelines of limiting his food intake to 1600 calories a day or less and 150 grams of carbs or less. Since that day, Craig dropped 100lbs by Feb 5th 2017 and controls his Type 2 Diabetes with diet ONLY.
